How to get a guy to notice you?

I was at a festival last night and had to walk through groups of hot guys which was torture because i couldnt stop and talk because i had my little sister with me. everyone says im so pretty and everything. my friend said when we hang out at the fest on saturday that we were gong to get someones number but i want to get noticed. and btw i dont think im pretty at all...
