Should i break up with him?

like i said before my bf is like a big time joules guy and i don't love him i think we would be nice friends but i am scared how he is going to react since he is older then me (i am 16 and he is20) and last time i check he haven't talk to me in about 3 days and i don't love him i love my best friend.
