How long does it take the army to issue plane tickets?

We are PCSing to Germany in a couple months. We've been working on getting the orders amended to include myself and our daughter for 5 months now. I was enrolled in EFMP in Sept. Then we were given a pinpoint ignment & been approved for concurrent travel since Oct but no amended orders in sight yet. Should I be nervous? (I am) or is this pretty normal? We have pports but we can't book transportation until we get the orders and from what I understand we need to ship our POV in the next 30 days give or take. Any info would be helpful. Thanks:)
