34 weeks pregnant with painful armpit lumps?

I've had them for a while now, and my ob never heard of such thing... she actually laughed when she saw it. The one in the right armpit is small and hard, and the left is a lot bigger but not as hard. I also get sharp painful twinges in both . Does anyone know whats going on?
