How to I get credit cards or loans?

I am 29 years old at 18 I got credit cards and just really didnt care about the bills and now I have ruined my credit I cant get help anywhere I have Endometriosis,PID,Cervical Cancer, Arthritis,Glaucoma, and now being tested for Fibromyalgia, well not nessesarily tested there is no test for it but they are doing further testing to see if it leans more toward that way.Which I also have depression and panic attacks but my medical conditions are what causes my depression . I have a 20 month old daughter with asthma a 6 year old son with asthma which cmes down with Pneumonia about 4-5 times a year from scar tissue in his lungs,and a 15 year old stepdaughter living with me we are down and out so my husband 43 went to North Carolina to work so he could help to support my medical conditions alone. I have my eye drops that cost 349.00 a bottle and I need Two a month I have had to be on pain medication for almost 4 years now only going off of them while I was pregnant.I now cant afford them but found out that I couldnt just stop taking them so my doctor referred me to go on suboxen which cost 6.75 a pill and I need 60 a month , My son and daughters asthma medications are different types and my sons cost 317.42 and 425.00 a month and my daughters cost 389.25 a month , I have check every pharmacy and these are the lowest cost meds I can get they dont make generics and I have switched brand on my meds and they didnt work. the asthma meds dont have any other lower cost that are in the same family. I have had 6 surgeries in the past 3 years alone. The state of Florida says my husband makes to much to get any help with my medical or meds and so now the kids and I have moved in with my mom, so that the rent we were paying we could help towards bills,meds and supporting our children I just dont know what to do anymore both of us have poor credit to try and get a credit card or loan and we dont own anything for coladeral. I was just wondering if there was any loop holes or anything that can help us? I just dont understand how they say we make to much when we have to borrow each month and go without each month just to get our childrens meds and the meds for my glaucoma so I can try and prevent blindness. Please if anyone know of anyway I can try to get a loan or even a credit card to help us. We are not asking for a hand out you know I feel terrible but I never asked for this to happen to me and we are a family that works hard pays are bills and takes care of our children. My husband hasnt missed a day of work for almost 17yrs straight and he has highblood pressure an a few heart problems. I just dont understand If we try to survive we just get pushed down and denied but if we quit working sit at home we could get all the medical bills paid we just could pay for gas,heat/air water clothes for our children cleaning products or rent..Ive just lost hope
