Hippie for Halloweeainn?

I know I spelled Halloween wrong, but it got your attention, right? Anywho, I'm thinking of dressing as a hippie on the spooky day, and I need some suggestions. Keep in mind I have a budget and don't want to have to order anything from online. I already have some ideas, but I would like to see what you say. Pictures would be nice!
